I would think he must stay at number 10, as that is his primary residence while PM. Yes number 10 should be in total lockdown, just as for any other citizen's home in the UK.

Are we going to see Number 10 in lock down? Dominic Raab is his preferred choice for stand in PM - the person who didn't know about the close links between Dover and Calais.

Can BJ move to the PM's country residence?
