I think their website needs to be rebranded now and shouldn't be called Sussex Royal. Yes, it's good they are going to earn their own money but it cannot and shouldn't be off the back of the (former ) royal connections they claim to not want to be a part of any longer, and extra security costs, over and above what it would cost in this country, should be met by themselves as they have chosen to live abroad.
In general, the media has given them a hard time because of their behaviour and double standards. Telling people how to behave and doing the opposite themselves - saying it's important to save the planet while racking up their own personal air miles by using private jets, a one day jaunt to the USA to watch a tennis match, the baby shower etc.
It also looks to me like some of their charitable works are just there to provide a photo opportunity. It was reported that Meghan's visit to the Canadian women's refuge was actually just to the main office to see the staff and that she was given an expensive necklace. Why would she accept something like that? She could have asked them to auction it off, why was she even given it in the first place when she has millions of pounds/dollars to buy her own jewellery
Of course, these reports may or may not be true but one true fact is that she had managed to alienate everyone in her family except for her mother- and there has been some problems there in the past too as she lived with her father for a while-and now Harry has been encouraged to alienate himself from his family. Yes, he is capable of making his own mind up about things, I understand that, but think it is very sad that the Queen seems only to have seen Archie a few times and may never see him again before she dies.
Isn't that the same situation that many of you on here, sadly, write in about. It seems they had been planning this escape for a long time so would it have hurt them to have spent one last summer holiday and Christmas with their English side of the family. The majority of people in the UK wanted Harry to find someone to give him happiness but I really don't think he has. That is just my personal opinion.
