Honestly, no. The tabloid press is of course full of it. And otherwise I am talkinga about my own experiences, with relatives and acquaintances, neighbours, who belong to both Cons and Labs.

I have experienced both anti Semitism and Islamaphobia though I am neither Jewish nor Muslim. Ignorant people assume, when they know where my father grew up, that I am one or the other. This has on occasions meant people have made racist comments towards me. As a child I witnessed my grandmother being racially abused. Having close family friends who are Jewish and relatives who are Muslim ..I am aware that both receive abuse. One is not worse than another. Wherever it is it must be challenged. Equating anti- Zionism with anti- Semitism is like saying anti- Saudi is anti - Muslim. We can be against a dictatorship or a government but support the citizens of those countries.

Conversations with relatives, neighbours, people in general who express blatant and at times virulent islamophobia- I just cannot share. Nor would I want to. And as you say, it does not mean it does not exist.

Why do I need to search? You made a statement that so far you cannot back up with factual evidence.

As for ' there is a site ' what site? I am careful what ' sites' I rely on for information and some sites posters have linked GN posters to are beyond dubious .

It would be an idiot who said that racism did not exist within the membership of any large organisation. Of course it does. What matters is how any organisation deals with accusations of such behaviour. Neither of the 2 main political parties can claim the moral high ground here.
I do think there was a deliberate attempt to undermine JCs leadership using anti-Semitism which, in my opinion was not justified.

Many sites - all for there to find. Figuring hate speech plastered all over the front pages of the tabloid press, again and again, over a very long period of time. None anti-semitic- but a huge number islamophobic. The Sun, the DM, and others too. Those front pages have not been doctored- just taken directly from those newspapers- I am quite sure you can't possibly not have seen them.

I've explained already- personal experience is not something you can 'prove'. You take me at my word, or you don't. Your choice entirely.

I am not Jewish, or Muslim. I have heard many anti semitic comments, many of them from people who wouldn't see themselves as prejudiced
The same goes for islamophobia, yes the comments are all around us

Instances of Islamophobia have come about ( as if I need to say this) because of Muslim terrorist outrages here in the UK .

Plus what we hear from extremist groups preaching hate against the West in certain mosques.Plus things like sharia law, grooming gangs and so on and so on.
I did not say that Islamaphobia is right, but gave good reasons that it exists.
What have Jewish people in the UK done? Nothing! Therefore all the anti-semitism around doesn’t have any reasons to encourage it.

So are all Irish Catholics to be abused because of their " terrorist " outrages on our streets? To abuse someone because of their fath, whatever that faith is, is never justifiable. My muslim cousins are peace loving family men . They do not support terrorists or any violence for that matter but are tarred with the same brush as those who do.and when headlines scream out Islamaphobic headlines it hurts.

Fundamentalists of whatever faith tend to give others of that faith a negative persona whether they be Catholic, Protestant,Muslim Jewish, whatever. This tends to be an unfortunate fact of life. Why Jews are a target is a mystery as they do keep a very low profile.
