Like nightowl I feel the Labour Party lost it's soul when TB took over. It's just a matter of perspective, opinion. You are not right (or wrong) and neither are we. That's why all your "I hate Corbyn" posts are a waste of time. I am still waiting to see how close to democratic socialism the party - not any one leader - moves. We shall see.

Yes Tony Blair did 'kill' the Labour Party for many supporters and no doubt echo the GN posters who have returned to Labour because of Corbyn. Blair was seen as centre / right of Labour and they remained to the left / far left and abandoned the Labour Party during his time as Prime Minister.

There are two repeated lines of thought as to where you stand , The Union activities of the 1970's which were either deemed as 'killing off ' the Labour vote or deemed as ' Labour at it's best'. The other is the Iraq war.

Just a bit of a follow up because both Annie's post and yours seem, yet again, to think you know who has done what. How are you so certain that those with a particular view about Blair have "returned to Labour because of Corbyn". I have a version of the opinion about Blair you decided was what people were saying but I have not "returned to Labour" nor am I only, by any means, interested in Corbyn.

I find many political people, and politics in general, interesting. The only thing I am sure of, life not being as black and white for me as it seems to be for you POGS, is that I despise the Alt-right and neo-liberal politics. After that I am just very interested so I do hope you are not including me in your sweeping assumptions.

Why are you making such a thing of those who are Labour Party General Secretary candidates POGS? Your astonishment seems a little odd. When the Tories elect a new leader do you expect Corbyn to be in that list?

The LP is not the party for those that believe in Conservatism. Some may think that Conservatism is the only true faith but that doesn't happen to be how democracy works.

So the candidates are left of centre but I can not see why that would be surprising or cause extreme exclamation.

True about dogs and s--t POGS as they are, unfortunately in one case, physical things.

However, it is Annie's opinion of someone she doesn't actually know and she has characterised the character "Corbyn" as a liar and a hypocrite, so this is her Corbyn, a made up character and not the real living, breathing and as complex as the rest of us Corbyn.

I believe therefore, and would be interested if someone with more knowledge than either of us could tell me more, that as "Corbyn" to Annie is just a character she defines by the characteristics she hates, the simple logic still works.

Logic can be very fascinating.
