And just to be clear, I was listening to R4 at 9 and the first headline was about Worboys and the second about the suspension of the UKIPs leader’s girlfriend for offensive texts. I’ll go so far as to say that I find it hard to believe that there was any headline anywhere that said ‘A female UKIP member has been suspended over racist texts’ and did not mention her ‘relationship’ with Henry

Any news station that didn’t mention it in the headline would have a very strange take on news IMO. But either way,the relationship is the story and his refusal to comment is par for the course. And hearing the full story before posting is to be recommended IMO
