Sturgeon and Robertson are incredibly articulate, Rudd and May are too, also
Corbyn and McDonnell etc etc.It doesn't mean they won't make the wrong choices, but it does mean they can keep up and explain themselves properly when debating with others in front of a crowd.

Amber Rudd's elderly father died on Monday. Mrs May told her that another cabinet member would stand in but Amber chose to carry on. So I imagine her diction is secondary consideration.

I wasn't mocking it, Jalima. Roses said that she is incredibly articulate. I was just pointing it out, in the same way that she has talked about Tim Farron.

I was pointing out that all but Farron are articulate speakers.A speech impediment is something completely different.

I didn't watch it all but what I did see was mostly a shouting match. Why is Angus Robertson always angry?

I am partially deaf in one ear and totally deaf in the other.
I could understand everyone but Rudd, because of the way she purses her mouth and pronounces her 'r's.
So I had to put subtitles on so I could understand her.
Anything wrong with saying that?
Any objections?

Nor can my granddaughter Jalima . I hate to think that some numpty is going to consider her inarticulate or thick or just not able to speak properly because of it. Can't believe an adult would have made a speech impediment a reason to ridicule someone.

Well, I was very impressed with Tim Farron tonight and everything he said made perfect sense to me. Why is it ok, by the way, to ridicule how he speaks and yet pounce on someone who points out that others don't have perfect diction?

I didn't hear all of tonight's debate but I thought Tim Farron spoke very well and convincingly on a debate a few nights ago.

Well Maybot was clearly having a re-boot so The Hand was sent in instead. Handbot had clearly not been programmed too well as she kept repeating herself, talking about the magic money tree. She is obviously stuck on the Enid Blyton form of politics, but it went over the head of most.

She will also have some explaining to do to the Supreme Leader Maybot as Handbot talked about "My manifesto" - big error!!!
