All politicians are to blame as are we the electorate, there are no easy answers to anything anymore it is an over populated unevenly distributed world. There will always be the haves & the have nots. It is wrong to put the blame on anyone party or policy unless in this country they have all made mistakes . But we should reminded ourselves how lucky we are not to be living under a cruel dictatorship or indeed in a famine torn country. I have voted for different parties throughout my life, trying to judge the best of a bad situation each time I much prefer this to doggedly following one party or party leader.

You could just as easily say Norose, that other politicians are too frightened to attempt what JC has done. He may have sailed close to the wind but he tried while others locked themselves in the Westminster bubble. Perhaps the counter argument might be more apparent if the right wing press and the money behind it was not taken as serious facts when it is often just propaganda.

May is a blamer; it is always someone else's fault. As you say Jen changing the human rights legislation, her default as she has done this bit of blaming before, would not have stopped the last three atrocities. She now seems to be whitewashing out her time at the Home Office when she was responsible for all these things.

No I didn't say I believed it any more than I believe many other things that are said about all politicians. It just comes across that Corbyns followers will absolutely deny that he has sailed closer to the wind on a personal level than other politicians have in a more distant capacity.

There are photos of Corbyn with McGuinness in the papers. They forget to put the photos of Tories with him, because it doesn't fit their remit.

Corbyn was mocked as a communist or worse.

But what in fact happened was that the more he was able to talk directly to the voter the more they have liked what they see and hear.
This man is no communist but a social democrat -a political narrative that has served this country so well over the past decades.
Corbyns style is unarguably different. He doesnt take part in the puerile game of character assasination, but gently and firmly addresses the issues and it is clearly working.

Corbyn is both gentle and made of steel. His principles of fairness for all have been stuck too throughout his parliamentary years.

The sad thing is that he almost certainly has not had sufficient time to talk through the layers of filth spewed by the gutter press, but one lesson i fervently hope has been learned is that, the gutter press has nothing to do with a healthy democratic process but is a stain that is both shameful and a threat to all fairness.

I didn't rate her as you know but I am shocked at how she has used this. The best thing they could do - the LDs are calling for it - is to work cross-party on this area. I rather imagine, and would be happy to be proved wrong, but I think T May would find that idea quite offensive sadly.
