Apologies if there is a new Trump thread, but the only one I could find had hit the magic 1000 posts mark. Just seen this on Facebook. Makes excellent sense.
No doubt he'll be called a traitor by millions. I get the impression most Trump supporters believe he has absolute power and that every person employed by the government has to do what he says. Ironic that those same supporters don't realise they want him to act like a dictator.
I can't believe the invitation for him to visit can stand after his unsupportive tweets about Sadiq Khan. What if our PM had done similar after 9/11? Why can't TM be more assertive with him I wonder.
Well, it seems that he's thinking of popping over to see us this week to show how much he supports us in the wake of the London atrocities. It wouldn't be a State visit, of course but it would be a nice use of our overstretched security forces and a welcome diversion from the General Election wouldn't it?
