First blood to Trump

Some excellent callers this morning on Katie Hopkins's show on LBC, saying why did the allegedly feminist women who protested against Trump not turn out to protest against the grooming of our girls by Muslim sex abusers, and also against the assaults and rape of German women by Muslim immigrant men.

The women who marched are brainwashed and do not see the inconsistency and irrationality of the doctrine they have been tricked into accepting.

Why is China investing in the factory to build all the flat pack houses - to make a profit from UK workers. Why on earth didn't the Govt put the money in to open the factory making these units?

Because thats what free market capitalism is all about, maximising profit and foreign workers are cheaper!
Where the business cannot be moved abroad, hospitality , agriculture warehousing, employers want to import cheap foreign workers - which you are all for Welsh! Dontt you see the contradiction in your logic?

Mair the grooming of girls is illegal and is dealt with by the law as is sexual assault. What would women demonstrate about? The fact that this was Muslim men doing this? Women have demonstrated against male violence for a long time, and this led to the establishment of women's refuges. Violence against women is not confined to one race or religion. If the current government succeeds in closing women's refuges as is happening we will no doubt demonstrate again.
Demonstrating against one thing does not mean we will not demonstrate against others. This was about a President who is against abortion and treats and speaks about women in an appalling way

No Mair I do not approve of protectionism but I do think that it does the country no good to see all profit going out of the country. UK workers would get their wages but maybe if the Govt were to finance the project the goods would be cheaper - we have a housing crisis and the more efficient and cost effective they can be the more that can be built. I also think that as a nation the UK should be careful as to which foreign investment they allow and in which sector.
Nissan has been very successful in the NE but is once again talking of re- evaluating the investment when the Brexit deal becomes clear - taking that fioreign money away will have a devasting effect on the area - would probably be less likely with a UK company.

We have to balance foreign investment with the growth of British business - the UK was a very productive country until most industry was allowed to close etc.

The film stars and artist in the US still remember the McCarthy era and fear a repetition. Freedom to express themselves is a real issue. You don't have to be a globalist to acknowledge climate change, speak about and treat women with respect and recognise immigrants can be beneficial for a country.

Wouldn't you think that the President if the US, should have higher things to focus on than the amount of people attending his swearing in. He is seriously suffering from delayed development.

I am beginning to wonder how many Trumps there are. The Trump we see opening and shouting his mouth always talks about Donald Trump so I assume there are least 2 Trumps.

I agree with you about the delayed development, whitewave. This is the kind of behaviour I had to deal with when teaching (not very bright) 12 year olds with an exaggerated sense of entitlement. I sincerely hope that the US and the world don't have to put up with him for four years. He's turning America into a laughing stock, apart from amongst those who are similarly afflicted.
