A while ago some of us on here were alarmed at the possibility of the far right spreading its evil ideology throughout Europe, it has spread even further than we envisaged then.

The post war settlement that was such a shining example of tolerance and peaceful co-existence, is being torn to shreds. I am fearful as to what is going to take its place.

We have through the auspices of NATO and the EU, 70 years of peace in Europe.
Putin is waiting in the wings, we have already had a couple of examples of his intention. His satisfaction at the potential breakup of the EU and the knowledge that Trump may be content to allow Europe to become Putins sphere of influence will be a disaster for us all.

Watch out!

LEGO is a privately run Danish company, which was voted the world's most powerful brand last year. It has a commercial reputation to uphold and obviously doesn't want to be associated with anything it considers damaging, such as the Daily Mail. It regularly disassociates itself with projects it considers unethical.

You can hardly blame the company for racism in Denmark!!

Anyway, you'd be far better off buying LEGO mini models from me. Mine are original and custom made. They're not much more expensive than buying the Daily Mail and you'd have a warm glow from helping a fellow human being earn a few extra pounds. Seriously, you can buy better models on EBay, which is where most of the 'free' gifts end up.

PS. Uselss fact of the day...LEGO produces more tyres than any other company in the world.

Going back to the riots.

As The Last Leg t.v show was mentioned by posters previously I thought Adam Hills made the perfect comment regarding the riots.

He was making the points there were demonstrations and riots in the States " As people were apparently angry that a democratically elected Leader had been democratically elected".

He went to say how much they had spoken of Trump supporters on their show over a period of time, (not favourably) and then suddenly people are smashing up towns in which Hilary was voted for (by her own people)!

They then said how weird it is the people who said Trump would destroy the country were themselves, destroying the country

He said if you are not happy with something let the government know but "DON'T SMASH SHIT UP , YOU'RE JUST BEING A CHILD"
