This morning on BBCR4 Today they were discussing the closure of an A and E unit in E Anglia. They also mentioned a hospital that was so short of money they were planning to stop all non-emergency surgery. And commissioning boards that are starting to prune the list of drugs/treatments they will pay for. Jeremy Hunt's deliberate poor management of the NHS in England is coming home to roost in a big way.
After the 2010 election I commented on GN that the NHS was then as good as it is ever likely to get and things likely to go downhill. Sadly this is coming true.
