Im always having to read your recent news on line for lack of it over here.So I'm sure you can understand my head shaking when learning of some man standing in the street is important news for us to know over here. 
He did look rather spooky though Envious - said he was just trying to spread a little fun! 
Yes they showed him standing in the street and filmed comments from people who were concerned and "scared". 
Perfect example of why people shouldn't be allowed to cover their faces with anything! 
By the way that sounds sarcastic but I really did mean it was a strange story. Just goes to show how we should always read our posts before hitting post message
