Surely these men deserve retrospective justice?

Men who were convicted of having consensual homosexual relations when they were illegal still have that conviction on their record. I think they should be deleted.

If you have a spent conviction it no longer counts or has to be declared but this type of offence would still show up on a CRB. Something definately needs to be done.
