Jacey it just isn't going to happen here, no government would dare to suggest it. I think that many countries have a lot more BHs than we do and so can perhaps afford to lose a few.

It is true that the extra one this year will mean lower productivity and that will affect our growth figures for June but we are not in such a bad situation as Portugal, Spain and Greece, there is speculation that even France could be in a worse state than we are but of course it is no 'news' to say that things could be worse!
