No one date suits more than 3 people and so I am going to have to settle on Thursday 13th October and hope at least some of us can make it.Shall we say the Ashmolean about 10.30 ~11am ?

Yes, Fridays and Wed are days I want to avoid, but can do most Mon Tue and Thu, however Greenfinch arrange what is best for the most number of people.smile
