I’ve just started to clear out a drawer where we chuck foreign currency in when we come back from holiday. Some of it dates back -into the mists of time. Now everyone uses credit cards as we generally do but DH likes to have the local currency as well. I suspect some of it is no longer legal tender for that country. Does anyone know of any charity which will take all of it? I’ve tried the RNIB as they say they will send a box prepaid but that was July and I am still waiting. I’m not a fan of Oxfam anymore . Many thanks if anyone can advise. I’m talking ing of Australian Vietnamese Japanese as well as European.
