Recommendation for a Gas and Electricity supplier

While we were away the supplier we were with Extra Energy stopped trading.
Ofgem moved our supply to Scottish power.
We not want to tie in to this supplier as they keep suggesting we do as the reviews for this company are one star.

Can anyone recommend a company.
