I discovered a large unrecognised payment when I checked my account online. Panic. Who to contact and how? What a palaver. Blood pressure off the clock as I went through 'helpful' web page after page. I just wanted to speak to a person! It seemed to take forever to find any number then go through the layers of press buttoning. Finally got a woman, cancelled card the she transferred me to the dept to recover your money. Hours waiting to awful music etc. Then transferred back to previous depth as they should have done it.
Last straw was being told to only use ATMs in bank branches. Only snag - they closed all our local branches.
And relax....!
