Nice bed settee

DS has had 2 bed settees over the years. Both have been easy enough for me to open and close, but the mattress hasn't been very thick. That can be improved with mattress toppers etc. The biggest problem has been that the springing beneath the mattress isn't very strong. So the bed is fine for one person - I slept very comfortably on one of the bed settees - but rather less comfortable for 2, especially if one is heavier. In those circumstances, the occupants tend to roll together into the middle. I find this very uncomfortable and it puts us off staying with DS.

So... please consider who might use it, how long they might stay and whether the bed settee that you buy has stronger springing!

We bought a really good one from M&S some years ago but I am not sure they are doing them anymore.
