Just how much greedier can they get?

How long is a piece of string?🤬

These are senior doctors, consultants, not junior doctors and, yet again, its mostly about conditions

The police aren't allowed to strike and I don't believe doctors should either.
Don't they swear to "do no harm" when they take their oath.

It's as much about pay as conditions GeorgeKirrin.

With the NHS on its knees and patients dying due to mistakes made or forced to wait in crowded corridors, as well as being unable to access GPs I feel is preposterous to do this. And yes I think pay and conditions are important but so are the patients who will suffer even more as a result of such strikes.

A junior doctor can be paid £14 an hour. I pay my cleaner more.

How do some of these Consultants sleep at night?
Just where is there any compassion or responsibility for their patients , some of whom could/ will die as a result of cancelled appts?
Unbelievable!

This is senior doctors who are striking and they earn £34,000-£86,000 a year.

With long waiting lists and reports of A&E departments in crisis up and down the country, the last thing we need are doctors' strikes. And winter has not kicked in yet.

I have no sympathy for consultants who strike

Sweetpeasue Mon 26-Oct-26 23:17:59

Consultant's pay is £113 -000 per annum £150-000
A huge amount to most of us.
