Giving up alcohol

Been drinking way too much lately. A week without definitely made me feel so much better.

I stopped many years ago in my 30s whether it benefitted my health or not I'm not sure but it stopped me making bad decisions and I'm forever grateful I was able to stick to it.
I think it probably will benefit your health in the long term but if you are a very moderate drinker you may never notice the difference but tour body will benefit nonetheless.

Can I ask, if you have given up drinking alcohol completely do you feel better. I hasten to add I only have a few glasses of wine a week, but if I stop I never feel the benefits one is supposed to I.e. better sleep in particular. Giving up does help with weight management though.
