My nephew took his mum to A&E after she had a fall. He said there were 3 people handcuffed to prison officers or police officers, and then a knife fight started.

My lovely Sil (the nearest person to a sister i have ever had) is the gentles person ever, has dementia and was there for 11 hours.

I expect a gunfight is well placed in A&E Basgetti

Sorry, fancyflowers. Know from much experience that A&E is an absolute gunfight. No idea how the staff cope with the pressure.
