No, I dislike anything on my face.

I sleep on my back and sometimes on my right hand side. But I read that it’s better to sleep on your left hand side as that means there is nothing pressing on your bladder. But, for some reason, I’ve never slept on my left hand side and if I try to it feels wrong.

I tend to get blocked sinuses ,though anti -histamines give some relief and I'd wake up feeling as though I were suffocating.
I guess that I'm a mouth breather.
