It sounds bizarre, but if you have a juicer, then small glass raw cabbage juice (an apple and maybe a little fresh ginger to make palatable in my case) really eases the horrible burning in the throat. When my symptoms flare, I use this daily. Even just eating a raw apple can ease symptoms.
I have osteoporosis, so try and avoid Omeprazole as it allegedly has a negative effect on bone remodelling.
A friend recommended using a Snorgo 3x a day (3 repeats take 36 seconds to do 😊), which allegedly helps involuntary throat muscles and eases symptoms after doing for 2/3 months. She always remembered - me, not so virtuous!
I feel happier with the idea of doing something to help myself, which also helps ease the anxiety that makes (my - at least) symptoms worse.
