My advice is always avoid sugar as I inadvertently lost 2 stones when cutting it out. I refused anything with it and read every label from tom ketchup to sliced bread (don’t use ketchup but….) and anything that had more than 10g per 100 g of sugar as carbohydrates I didn’t touch. It was amazing how the weight dropped.
