Collagen & Hylauronic acid

Has anyone tried Collagen supplements ? Supposed to help skin, nails, hair, joints.
Some have Hylauronic in them?
Any comments or advice?

I understand Jennifer Aniston takes them and she looks good. I have considered it but haven't quite got round to it. I'd be interested to hear the experiences here as well.
