I, along with most people, have had trauma at some point in our lives. I've recently come across EMDR (Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing). Have any of you had this therapy and would you recommend it? Grateful for your thoughts.
What words annoy you when used wrong or people don't know the meaning of?
People being over fussy about cat welfare
