Kalms, can anyone recommend?

I’ve used rescue remedy on animals. I had a cat that had fits. Rescue remedy brought her out of them immediately.
It’s also safe for children.

Could you not have a word with your doctor. You may only need a temporary mild prescription just to settle you.

Be careful if you are taking any prescribed medication. St John's Wort for instance can't be taken with certain drugs. I'm not sure about Valerian or the others. If you are taking medication then check online or ask your doctor. The medication leaflets may have more information on this too. They contain loads of frightening information but may say whether the drug can be taken with herbal remedies or not.

Sounds like a Gin and botanical tonic!

They work if you believe they will I really don’t think more than that and that includes Bachs (which I have tried)

Kalms - did nothing for me.

Bach’s - strangely effective.
When I worked I used to take the Night Time drops to get rid of those persistent thoughts you get in the middle of the night; and they worked a treat.

They probably contain valerian, which you can buy somewhere, I'm sure.

Bach's rescue remedy is excellent for various things including anxiety. Boots often have offers on it.

My friends (early 70’s) swears by Bach’s Rescue Remedy. I know she uses a spray but also has some pastilles in her handbag. I don’t know much but perhaps look them up or ask a pharmacist? Good luck any way.

I tried them during my divorce, but they did nothing for me. I saw my GP and was prescribed, but quite frankly that wasn’t much help either.
See your GP and perhaps he will prescribe something but try to avoid over the counter medication. Good luck !

Try St. John’s wort definitely could help with the anxiety
The others sound normal for 85 or even 75

I've known a couple of people who have sworn by them.
No harm in trying, I reckon.

They do seem to just take the edge off minor anxiety. The night time version is also quite effective but leaves me with an unpleasantly dry mouth in the morning.

Are you feeling like this because of menopause sympyoms MEGS36.....
I tried them when I was menopausal but they didn't help me at all....Maybe some GN had a different outcome with them....
