I had this problem which began to upset me as my DGC would comment on my brown teeth. When the dentists finally started seeing people again, I asked about it and she arranged a deep clean and scape and polish which I had to pay for. Was £65. I asked about prevention/whiteners and she said no not to bother and seems me drinking black tea was the cause. Coffee was ok as I take milk. I am now experimenting with white teas peppermint, rooibos vanilla and silver needle which are all very pleasant and mild. And rinsing my mouth with water after drinking and eating. So far so good.
