It arrived today so I had to re-locate the soup maker into the back of a different cupboard to make room for the juicer on the appliance shelf in the other cupboard ? I believe it is most beneficial to drink the juice on an empty stomach so I’ll have it first thing in the morning. I have got granny Smith apples, celery, root ginger, organic carrots, broccoli.I don’t think it’s gonna taste particularly nice as I’m also going to add a quarter of a lemon as I think that helps with the oxidation.. But as I am drinking it and probably gagging I will be thinking “think of the health benefits” ?
