Grandson..memory loss

Some years ago during a stressful time my son had an episode of "Transient Global Amnesia" which lasted about 12 hours! It is one possibility.

I was going to suggest this. My sister-in-law woke up one morning with it. It didn’t last long and I believe it was related to stress. It was frightening for her but she made a complete recovery.

How scary for you all farview may he soon fully recover x

Fairview I’ve heard of Transient Global Amnesia in cases like your grandson’s, as Madgran suggests. Good that he’s seen in hospital where he can be properly diagnosed.

I have no medical knowledge…..but just wondering, has he knocked his head, which has caused a sudden imbalance in the brain. It must be so terrifying for him and all of you in the family. I hope there’s some good news soon ..
