Letters to a patient

Not directly health related, but does anyone know if hospitals withhold letters from patients because of covid?

I don’t really know what you mean.

Do you mean the letter sent after a consultation, to your GP and a copy to you.

Or do you mean patients in wards not getting letters sent to them

Or some else entirely?

well, i sent a get well card to a hospital patient and she received it on the ward.

I had letters through the post before and after an operation in November last year.
