Weighted Blanket

Love mine too, a recent convert (thank you Father Christmas!).

I use mine over a sheet as I don't want to have to wash it. Sheet washing is rather easier!

I tossed and turned all night and the weighted blanket has been a real boon, I love it.

I do wonder about the summer months..... surely it will be too warm and I will miss it so be awake even more.....?!

Has anyone used a weighted blanket throughout the summer, successfully?

Haha Sara I know what you mean with making the bed. Mine doesn’t have a cover it will go straight in the washer. It’s so soft and cosy. I like to fold it a couple of times and pile it on top of me. So the more weight the better. My hubby is pleased I’m not tossing and turning around the bed anymore lol

I like the feeling of weight, but found it really hard to turn over, without messing up the bed completely, and then having to get up to sort it out!
Also, I found it really hot, and taking it off every morning to make the bed was like a weight training exercise.

I'm a great fan of weighted blankets and love mine. I'm no longer restless. Like Shinamae says, I use it with a top sheet to save tackling changing the cover.

I have had one for about two weeks now and it really does help my sleep. However I find it so heavy, I use it with a top sheet as I don’t think I would have a hope in hell of changing the cover..
