Home Enema, anyone done this?

I'm afraid an enema is up the other end! Unsure why Moviprep wouldn't do, have you asked it that would be acceptable?

The disposable enemas are largish tubes with liquid inside, you take off the cap, insert the nozzle into the anus and squeeze. Acts very rapidly, so be in the bathroom when you do it!

It’s usually just a drink, such as Moviprep, that you take the day before, then spend a few hours in the bathroom.

I am booked in for a flexible sigmoidoscopy next week, (not full colonoscopy) and they want me to do a home enema. Anybody done this? She said they could do it at the hospital if necessary. She is ringing me back later today. Advice please.
