Colposuspension or Autoglous Fascial Suspension

Has anyone had either of these operations? I saw the consultant yesterday and he gave me information on bot and said the decision was mine.

I have read all I can but cannot make my mind up and wondered if anyone had had experience of either of these procedures?

I suggest you read up and google but remember other people's experiences may be completely different to yours, so don't be put off by one of two people. You'd probably need many different people all posting negative stuff to consider it was not advisable to have.

Didn't someone ask about this before, or am I imagining that?

If it were me, I would be tempted to ask my consultant which one he would recommend for his mother, and what are his his results for both of them. There were some women left with real problems after the old mesh, better to do without mesh if you can.
