I get between 7 and 8 hours' sleep a night but I am still always tired in the morning. I think my sleep is often disturbed. I get too hot and my partner doesn't sleep well, so he's up and down, getting in and out of bed and although I often don't notice, I think it must disturb my sleep. I definitely sleep better if I don't have alcohol in the evening and go to sleep before 11pm!
