I was asked about allergies, if I was on anti-coagulants, had tested positive in the last 7 days, if I was pregnant (1) she was joking, if I was unwell.

I was asked if I was on any blood-thinners---which I am but nothing was said and the vaccination went ahead.

Hello Everyone
Sorry, another vaccine one...
DH is finally having the vaccine tomorrow (cross between a fist pump and a sigh of relief).

I've seen in the 'what to expect' bumph that they ask you about your health history.
Can anyone please tell me exactly what they ask you?

DH's memory is currently appalling and he gets terrible 'white coat syndrome' at the best if times, so I want to prepare him for what they might ask.
