FluBlok flu jab. Am I right to be concerned?

I must admit Welshgirl2017 I have just done a google search,which is normally my first port of call. It is approved for use in UK on temporary basis although its use is widespread in USA. The side affects seem similar to any flu jab although some have had more extreme reactions to this jab than others. There also seems a concern about anaphylactic shock.

I am a 59 year old type 2 diabetic. I was unable to attend to get my usual flu jab this year. At the time I told myself I wouldnt be coming within 2 metres of anyone so should be ok. I have unexpectedly secured a position with civil service. If anywhere is Covid Safe it will be there, I may even be working from home.
My surgery announced a flu clinic this Saturday. I was surprised as they had indicated the one before Christmas would be the last due to supplies.
Today a link was put on the Surgery website and all those who were considering the jab must read. The walk in clinic is for general 50-64 age group.
The link states that the vaccine being given is called FluBlok and that it doesnt have the UK marketing authorisation which is a legal requirement in the UK. It's still being monitored for safety. The department of health and social care have agreed to it being used it seems as an emergency measure. I imagine to reduce potential hospital admissions from flu.
Has anyone heard of this vaccine? Has anyone had it?
I must admit I dont think I will.
