Memory Games and Brain Training

I have recently discovered these memory games, which I enjoy as a bit of fun. Also I am improving, just by doing a few a day. I know they say, use it or lose it, so I'm trying. I also do sudoku, and solitaire.

Just wondered if there are any online "games" you can recommend?

I play Seven Little Words every morning and also Words with Friends. Dh and I also photocopy the Times Crytic Crossword and complete to see who can finish it first.

I prefer paper crosswords. My holiday treat to myself is the Guardian every morning - I do the cryptic crossword over breakfast.

Would any one know if their is a Geography history countries capitals of the World Rivers of the World Flags etc?
