I saw that and other retrofits health workers are using due to shortages- They're forming groups of workers across the world and are developing DIY ventilators, respirators and other essential equipment to save lives and provide protection-

Have just heard, on Italian tv, of two young men who have invented a ventilator out of a regular snorkelling mask. It can serve two patients simultaneously and is already being used successfully in eight Italian hospitals and being sent to three foreigncountries.

It is clear it is for EMERGENCY use.
