I used to get them . Cured, by drinking a glass of Indian tonic water every night. Never had it since .....

Yes ! but in my feet rather than legs. Across my instep and or toes. The instep is awful as I never know how to position my foot to stretch the right muscle.

Does anyone get them? I used to get severe hamstring cramps until four years ago then I found out why I get them.
