Hi all. I'm in the process of being weaned off mirtazapine (been on 45mg for a number of years). I am down to 30mg but I'm experiencing nausea, headaches and general aching all over. My question is has anyone else come off mirtazapine and if so what were your experiences. How long did the withdrawal symptoms last? Thank you.
