Machines for improving swollen sore legs.

First thing is to check with her Dr. That the machines are suitable for her condition.
I have a few elderly clients who don’t walk much and have invested in these machines. They seem happy with them.

My sister, who is suffering from heart failure, is tempted to try one of the widely advertised machines which claim to electrically stimulate the legs muscles and improve circulation. Could anyone advise us? Has anyone tried one and with what measure of success? The benefits claimed in the advertising sound amazing but are they achievable? My apologies if this has been covered on another thread. Thank you in anticipation.
