I have been reading this with interest and I am in the same place as you minimo.
I am the most over weight I have ever been since giving up smoking.
Very keen on 5-2 diet but do not understand it fully.Can you eat whatever you like for 5 days as long as you eat (or fast) the remaining 2?
Any good links for easy to follow 5-2 diet?
