sprite66 - I've continued with steroid injections and my own physiotherapy, as now been told the Shock Wave Therapy is a very last resort, and can rupture the tendon. Since last steroid injection in October mine has been much better. Only thing that is though as major spine and hip issues persist!

JUst wondering Larsonsmum if you have had your shockwave treatment? I didn't have it in the end, instead ultrasound and something akin to a giant tens machine. Problem still persists so maybe will get to shockwave so am curious about it. Hope it works/has worked for you.

I am waiting to have this for Bursitis. All I know is everyone says it is very painful....but works!!
