I have used acupuncture for the last 15 years and had good results.

Initially I think a visit to the a Doc is a good idea where your blood will be tested and this could be a lot cheaper and more effective than Vital 3.

Oh sorry - but yes I would seek advice. My aunt suffered from arthritis and the best thing she found was acupuncture - but I think she was funding herself.

Vital 3 is being claimed to be the answer to arthritis , stops the immune system attacking the joints . Will ask doc.

If you are feeling constantly knackered tired I would go to GP much less expensive.

Has anyone tried this , I saw it advertised this morning . Quite expensive miracle ! But I must say that it's tempting me .
