We had a thread just last week I think saying how much better everyone would feel if they did 20mins outdoors every day,even if the sun is not out or visable just the daylight will make you feel better,add this to a brisk walk if you can manage it and you will soon feel so much better,I find 2 good portions of fruit help me feel brighter also.
