Fed up with pain

Hope you do get some relief soon. As others have said, maybe warmer weather may help

Husband has bad leg pain at the moment and it makes him so irritable,he won't take anything for it.

I had an unbearably painful knee after our fire when we moved into rented accommodation with killer stairs a few months ago. So I really, really sympathise with those who are suffering. It can be relentless and soul destroying. Nkt surprised you have a wobble.

It's horrible I know and learning to live with it (as we're told ) doesn't help, does it?

My current overdose of pain is partly because of a flare up of arthritis in a knee. Having to compensate for not being able to bend it or straighten it properly has probably exacerbated the facet joint pain and fibromyalgia I always have. I need a grumbling hey ho emoji.

I've been in pain for 2 months since knee replacement, and I am really fed up with this- but I know it will get better. Really feel for you x

Thank you all, gransnet peeps! Yes, it does help a bit to have a wee cry and tell someone(s). I'm not good at that but when the temptation to take more pills than one should hovers around*, holding it all together isn't working! I really appreciate the virtual hugs and kind thoughts.

* Don't worry, I wouldn't, but the thought intrudes.

Yes I understand this. I'm not too bad at the moment, but there are days when, well you know what it's like

I can relate as I can't walk for 50 metres without my bones grating against each other. Perhaps I may get relief from an op when you won't . Life is dreadful and I am housebound but I am many years older so you have my sympathy.
