True Luckygirl. sad

Surprised they promoted it on the TVs show.

It is a measure of how desperate people with CFS feel in the absence of useful treatments.

My personal opinion with no scientific backing, it is mumbo jumbo. I would not consider it.

No experience of it, but I have googled the scientific aspects of it and get this

I think you need to visit your GP to ask him/her how you can get fitter, not buy a quack gadget.

I still don't believe it though. Go outside and breathe deeply?

Oh, I hope the OP on this thread wasn't a sneaky advert!

The film from the TVs breakfast show sounds quite convincing! video here

'have' such a good reason. Not 'gave'

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 28-Apr-16 17:42:05

Airbergy

I am sorry, but I do not see how it could possibly work.

I wonder how old you are. Are there other ways you could become fit? Perhaps your doctor could help you as you gave such a good reason for wanting to get fit.

Charleygirl Thu 28-Apr-16 17:33:20

Sorry but I do not understand what you are trying to say.

Anyone tried this? I'm desperate for some relief from this debilitating illness. I need to be fitter in order to fly to to Asia to visit my son!
