menstral headaches

evening I get migraines /headache for 3 days about a week before my monthleys start and sometimes during is the any thing I can take to control these as it is getting me down now.

Potassium! I used to get migraine the day before my period started. I found that if I ate bananas and other potassium rich food, they were not as severe, or did not happen at all.
